About 3 years ago my grandad was diagnosed with cancer. He can't be cured and will one day be taken from me. I'm crying as I type this just thinking about it. He means the world to me, and although there is nothing more I can do to help my grandad other than being there when he needs me, I want to help the countless other familes out there touched by cancer.

I'm doing the Race for life on July 15th at Sutton park to raise funds for Cancer research UK.

I'm very un fit, and haven't walked longer than the distance of a car park for a very long time, so a 3 mile walk/run will be a challenge for me

My missus is doing the same in wolves for her aunt who died recently at just 53...

Its a great cause, good luck hitting your target! (and with the running!)

I am doing the london Marathon end of this month I am sure you will enjoy the day have you got a site to send the money to ,you can set up a web site so people can donate easy.
