Beat vs Acty Vs Today

is compression the only real difference between these engines?
going to rebuild honda Today Eo7A and was thinking about putting Honda Beat pistons.

not sure if head should be changed too?

This shouldnt be a problem the heads are identicle- I have a today head on my beat!

The two main differences are the compression and the shape of the block. I think the Cam shafts are different too.

To be honest I would simply swith to beat pistons, i doubt you`ll gain anything unless you change the cam and all the MTREC intake and ecu gear along with it as id imagine thats where the couple of extras horses are.
