Sterio Spacers

Does anyone konw where i can get a spacer for the beat which enables me to fit 2 ordinary stereos like below?

Ah, That will be a special order bit from Japan...

There are a couple of replacement consoles available over there to allow std stereos to be fitted but they aren't cheap...

I'm sure if you do a quick search on here, it's been asked before and I think the answer has either a link or some pics to other ones.

I am ordering some of these from cozy lights, see my post on them for link etc... they are the best loking of them I think
