radio help

have connector for beat radiodoes anyone no the correct wires eg speakers =/- have a cd manual does it have wiring for radio,my orginal radio does not match the wires coming out the back as its been wired inside with wires coming out ,I bought the plug to go in the back of radio which has all terminals wired ,i know i will not use all of these.
