Whats Happened to UKHBC ?

This migh be a silly Q but has the official UKHBC gone?
is it comming back? if not why cant we be the official club by default?:confused: :confused:

I think the two have sort of merged anyway, as there is a bit for events and such.

The new website (when it finally gets launched) has a logo that is suitable for both, with the unofficial bit easily removed....

its a long time ago now, but I originally put the ukhbc website together. About 12 months later, as I hadn't attended any meetings (ahem!) I was told to hand over control of the website to someone else, along with all the artwork (poor though it is/was)

Obviously I didn't and told them if they wanted a website they would have to start from scratch.

I shut down the website to prevent it erm......influencing the new design. Then re-opened it in its current 'un-official' form.

Fortunately, most of the folks that used the forums came with me and the site flourished (thanks everyone!)

Thats about it, no hard feelings these days though
