Dumb Beats

Neither of my family's Beat's horns work on a cold day until they've had time to warm up. Is this normal?

i put one of those 24 tune ones in mine didnt work in the cold either now mine neys like a horse to the amusment of the wife and lets the odd tarzan yoddle out of it ...has to be the best £25 quid i ever spent lol ....
