Hi

I'm interested in the BEAT, but this one is not registered in France.
And the bigger problem for register it, is the weight.
On different websites, the japanese's specifications about weight are:
body weight: 760kgs
full weight: 870kgs
What means "body weight": with or without driver? with oil, fuel and
standard tools?
And what means "full weight": max weight that the BEAT can support (2
personns + luggages)??

And what can you say me about the noise?
What means exhaust(phon), acceleration(phon) and normal(phon)? The unit are
dB(A)?

In fact i'm interested in knowing the japanese normalise's concerning weight
and noise.
