Hard Top Rear Screen

Can anyone help??

The rear screen from my (Fields) Hardtop blew out and is gone for good - where can I get a replacement? - Pretty desperate - no garage and the weather ain't to good in Aberdeen!

Try and contact Ozsamaurai from on here,

He's out in Japan and might be able to contact Feels (I gather that's who you meant) for you to try and get a replacement one.

How did it blow out?? Sounds unusual

Yes - Feels is correct - Thanks very much for this - I've left Oz a PM and hopefully he can suggest something.

How did it blow out? 110 on the clock and I cracked the drivers window for a fag - phoomph! Went back to look for it obviously but absolutey no luck.

If your in anyway handy, buy a peace of plexy glass, cut it to shape,then heat it and bend it.

Well thats what I would do!

Steve_M - That's EXACTLY how it sounded!

Adam - I did try this though without heating it up, got a pretty accurate shape but just too difficult to get it to stay in the beading and ended up breaking it. It took hours and I didn't have the will to go through it all again.

Anyone heard of any specialists who do this kind of job?
