More help needed

Sorry to be a pest...

I do search for these things before I post, but I pretty simple and don't usually find what I'm looking for...

Sorry to be so blonde, but how do I get the bulbs out of the front fog lights?? 'cause they need replacing

Also what fuel does everyone put in their little beat??

Cause I just assumed it was normal unleaded. But I was talking to my friend who has a 200sx, and he said that I should be running my car on 100ron not the usual 90 aviable at the pump.

He said that running it on the normal unleaded wouldn't damage the engine, but the engine would be tuned to the 100 unleaded. He said to try some super unleaded, which I did, and I noticed it was quieter straight away.

So what do you all put in your beat??

Bulbs I can't help with (don't have std fogs on mine...)

Fuel, I always run the Beat on Shell Optimax, I did try BP's Ultimate but didn't really notice any difference so went back to Optimax.

Same answers from me as from Ade....

No front fog lights on ours.....and we use Shell Optimax.

Foglamp bulb replacement.

1) remove the one screws holding the plastic surround on.

2) remove the three screw which hold the lamp to its metal bracket

3) pull the lamp from its apperature

4) remove the 3 screws on the bottom cover of the lamp

5) unclip bulb (its an H3 55w)

6) refit in reverse order
