Thanks for the concern Paul and all the others that have sent mail asking about my well being..... All is fine here, the epicenter of course in Niigata Prefecture felt most of the damage and they are having a rough run at the moment. I am about 500km away from there but we still felt a 4, which is scary enough. There have been something around the 300 'can be felt by humans' in the past week, so its not over yet we feel, everyone is a bit on edge. When there is a good solid 7 somewhere then everyone can relax for awhile....Niigata was a 6. Last one that devastaed Kyoto was 7. They double in strength each number they go up 5 is double the strength of a 4 etc... Now Japan is also coming into winter the people who have lost their home are in for an unforgettable year that's for sure....
